SHIPPING POLICY
1. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
After processing, delivery usually takes between 5–12 business days depending on the destination country.
In exceptional situations, such as high-demand periods, customs inspections or unforeseen logistics delays, delivery may take up to 20 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor delivery in real time.

3. ORDER TRACKING
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the tracking number provided by email.
If the package is redirected to a pickup point or local carrier facility, the customer must collect it within the timeframe defined by the carrier.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
At RIVEX, we work hard to ensure a smooth delivery experience. However, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring availability to receive the order.
RIVEX is not responsible for:
- incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses;
- refusal to accept delivery;
- failure to collect the package within the carrier’s deadline;
- failed deliveries after multiple delivery attempts.
In these situations, refunds may not be issued.
5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & PACKAGE DISPOSAL
If delivery attempts fail repeatedly, the carrier may return or discard the package according to their policies.
In such cases:
- the customer may not be eligible for a refund;
- a reshipment may be arranged upon payment of a new shipping fee.

6. CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by local authorities.
If these fees are not paid, the shipment may be held, returned or destroyed by customs authorities or carriers.
In these situations, RIVEX may not issue refunds or replacements.
7. CUSTOMS DELAYS
Customs inspections may occasionally cause delivery delays beyond estimated shipping times.
While a package remains under customs review, refunds cannot be issued.
After receiving the order, customers may request a return according to our Return Policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
In cases of confirmed shipping errors caused by RIVEX or the carrier, customers may receive either:
- a free replacement shipment; or
- a full refund.
